Final Photos of 1512 Orchard Falls Before Closing

We had our final walk thru and the builder is in the final clean up/touch up stage.  These are the last photos we have taken before our scheduled closing tomorrow morning.  Hopefully the next time we post photos the house will be ours, and we can begin making it less generic.  First on the agenda after closing is to have the appliances delivered and have the kids begin painting their rooms.  Greg has given up the color fight and is letting Mollie and Cameron have red paint.  Mollie is painting her room orange, but wants a red vanity area...holy color at 6 am every morning!  Cameron wants a blue room and a red bathroom.  Mackenzie plans to paint her room pink with a yellow vanity area.  AND to throw one more color into the mix the girls chose Tutti Frutti (a rasberry like color) for their bathroom.  We are looking forward to sharing the work in progress photos as we begin painting/decorating.  Can't wait for everyone to see it in person, but bring your shades when you do cause you will need them when you venture upstairs to the kids new domain!

Master Shower with much hated shower door...the only thing in this whole house we did not want but had to have because the builder had no other custom options.  We have extra tiles though, so we can have the door removed if we want and can repair any damaged tiles before adding a frameless custom door!
