Mackenzie Serves on 5th Grade Safety Patrol
Mackenzie's Homeroom class got to serve on Safety Patrol during the first 9 weeks of school. Mackenzie worked the K-2 parent pick up line in the mornings, and she helped take down and fold the flags in the afternoon. I remembered to bring my camera one morning to snap a few photos of Mackenzie, Kim, and Avery on duty and Mackenzie and Makenna in the afternoon. She finally is just getting the hang of flag folding now that her time to serve is almost over...she never did let the flag touch the ground. Way to go Mackenzie, we are so proud of you for being responsible and respectful!

I am so proud of you Kenzie! Safety Patrol is a big responsibility! Good job keeping everyone safe.
We are proud of you for choosing to be on Safety Patrol for your school. We know what a big responsibility it is trying to help everyone to be safe. We are also so proud of you being so respectful of the American Flag. It is not so easy taking down and putting up and folding the flag without letting it touch the ground. Good job, Kenzie!!!
